Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Roundtrip, the app at app.roundtrip.one and this site. They're short on purpose — please actually read them. By using Roundtrip you agree to them.

The service

• Roundtrip is a free trip-planning app operated by an individual, not a company. There is no paid tier and no advertising.
• The service may change, break, or be discontinued. If it ever shuts down, we'll make reasonable efforts to give notice so you can save what you need, but continuous availability isn't guaranteed.

Your content

• What you add to a trip stays yours. We claim no ownership over your itineraries, photos, documents or anything else — we store and sync it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
• Content you add to a shared trip is visible to that trip's members. You're responsible for what you upload — don't add content you don't have the right to share.
• You can delete your content, or your whole account, at any time in the app.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Roundtrip for anything illegal, to harass anyone, or to store or distribute abusive, infringing or malicious content.
• Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse the security of the service, or access other people's trips or data.
• AI features have fair-use limits per account. Don't try to circumvent them.
• Accounts or trips that break these rules may be suspended or removed without notice.

Travel disclaimer

Roundtrip helps you organise a trip; it isn't a travel agent or a source of truth. Itineraries (including AI-generated suggestions), weather, maps and any other information shown may be wrong, out of date or incomplete — always verify bookings, opening hours, visas and travel requirements yourself.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Roundtrip — including lost data, missed flights, rained-out picnics, or outfits that seemed like a good idea at the time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
